Understanding the deeper connections that drive customer loyalty
Building genuine connections with your audience isn't just about great products or services – it's about tapping into something much deeper.

In 1919, Swiss psychologist Carl Gustav Jung published his paper “Instinct and the Unconscious” which identified that we all share common personality patterns that transcend culture, language, and time.
These archetypes influence our behaviour on a subconscious level, driving our self image, values, desires, and motivations
The main point here is – the 12 Brand Archetypes are not just academic theory.
These are powerful tools that can transform how your brand connects with people, and more importantly, how people truly connect with your brand.

Think about your favourite brands. Diesel Jeans? Mercedes Benz? Ben & Jerry’s? Apple?
Chances are, they make you feel something beyond just their product benefits. That's no accident – that’s the psychology in action.
When brands align with archetypes, they tap into stories and patterns we've recognised for thousands of years. Which is why we instantly connect with some brands while others seem to leave us cold.
Here's where it can go wrong – businesses go and choose an archetype they want to be rather than one that authentically reflects who they are.
Start with straight up, honest questions:
For the record: Your team's answers should align with your customers' perceptions. If there's a disconnect, then you've (or if we become your agency, then we’ve) got some work to do.

An archetype is your foundation, not your finished brand. Think of it as your brand's subconscious – it informs everything, but it needs to be expressed through your unique personality.
This means considering:
As a blended mix of Sage, Outlaw, and Creator, we don't fit neatly into one box – that’s the rebellious nature of the Outlaw spirit, right there in action!
.. and that's exactly the point. We're knowledge-sharers who challenge “on trend” marketing approaches (and icky fads) while creating innovative tailored solutions for our clients.
We believe in:
Creator innovation: Developing strategies that are uniquely you and stand you out whilst playing you to your strengths.

Understanding your archetype isn't just a paper exercise – it's about gaining competitive advantage. When you know who you are at your core, every marketing decision becomes clearer:
None of us should be trying to appeal to everyone – they're building deep connections with the people who truly get them. That's where real growth happens
Are you ready to discover your company’s true marketing archetype and authentic identity? .. rather than to “elevate your brand’s visibility and cut through the online noise”
